"message": "ppc4xx: Implement is_pci_host() for 405 CPUs\n\nThis patch implements the is_pci_host() function in a similiar way\nas it is used on 440 targets.\n\nThe former path with CONFIG_PCI_HOST \u003d\u003d PCI_HOST_AUTO does not\nbuild on 405EP targets because checking the PCI arbiter is different.\nSo putting the fixed code into a separate function makes the code\nmore readable.\n\nAlso using is_pci_host() on 405 brings 405 and 440 PCI code\na little bit closer.\n\nIn preparation for an upcoming 405EP based PMC module I made this\nfunction weak so that it can be overwritten from board specific code.\n\nSigned-off-by: Matthias Fuchs \u003cmatthias.fuchs@esd.eu\u003e\nSigned-off-by: Stefan Roese \u003csr@denx.de\u003e\n",
