Simplify .gitignore /tmp and /mathquill.github.com are no longer used as of 33d764b9db416cfc319fc93f559e77348684cb69 /mathquill-*.tgz are still created, but after a release they're cruft which should be cleaned up, not ignored, and anyway, why only ignore the tarball but not the zipfile (/mathquill-*.zip)? Now that there are only two items left the comments aren't really useful, they're not any more meaningful than the names of the items themselves, nor do they serve as headings to organize items into groups anymore.

MathQuill has a simple interface. This brief example creates a MathQuill element and renders, then reads a given input:
