| <p>In the navigation tree, expand the Configurations node.</p> |

| <p>Under the Configuration node, click the server instance or cluster configuration for which you want to configure Logger Settings.</p> |
| <p>The Configuration page opens.</p> |

| <p>On the Configuration page, click Logger Settings.</p> |
| <p>The Logger Settings page for the selected configuration target opens.</p> |

| <p>On the Logger Settings page, click the Log Levels tab.</p> |
| <p>The Module Log Levels page opens.</p> |

| <p>On the Module Log Levels page, change log levels for one or more modules as follows.</p> |

| <p>To change the log level for an individual module, select a new value from the drop-down list opposite the module whose log level you want to change.</p> |

| <p>For details about the meanings of the log levels, see <a href="ref-eelogginglevels.html">Module Log Levels</a>. The default level is <code>INFO</code>, so by default the log will contain messages of <code>INFO</code>, <code>WARNING</code>, or <code>SEVERE</code> levels.</p> |

| <p>Changes to the Log Level settings take effect immediately. They are also saved for use when the server restarts.</p> |
