<h4><a id="sthref18" name="sthref18"></a>IIOP Listeners</h4>

<p>Use the IIOP Listeners page to configure IIOP listeners.</p>
<p>A number of IIOP listeners can be configured for an ORB, each accepting connections on different network address and port combinations. Listeners can be configured differently for secure communications and client authentication.</p>
<p>By default, three IIOP listeners are configured: <code>orb-listener-1</code>, <code>SSL</code>, and <code>SSL_MUTUALAUTH</code>.</p>
<p>For each IIOP listener, the IIOP Listeners page contains the following information.</p>

<dt>Name</dt>
<dd>
<p>The name of the IIOP listener.</p>
</dd>
<dt>Enabled</dt>
<dd>
<p>True if the IIOP listener is enabled, or false if the listener is not enabled.</p>
</dd>
<dt>Network Address</dt>
<dd>
<p>The Internet Protocol (IP) address or DNS resolvable host name for the IIOP listener.</p>
</dd>
<dt>Listener Port</dt>
<dd>
<p>The port number for the IIOP listener.</p>
</dd>
