Subject: [PATCH 27/27] The operator new declaration has changed slightly in
C++11.
It has to do with the fact that the throwing exception specification is deprecated in C++11,
and the introduction of the nothrow declaration:
throw (std::bad_alloc) has been omitted
throw() is replaced with nothrow
