Initial commit of liblouis_for_aas Derived from LibLouis 3.4.0. Includes a few small additions that allow aas to dynamically invoke LibLouis. To build liblouis.so, use the build_liblouis.sh script. Change-Id: Iebde3c091a74a69005266e88f2373d20e72e9cd2
